Woman Development Decision Confined Model

Abstract

From traditional Africa to this day, women have always occupied the last plane. Away from development decisions, she has always been confined to the roles of her house. Faced with the dilemma faced by the Diallobé people, Cheichk Hamidou Kane makes an extraordinary and unusual choice: women. By her courage and her decision, she liberates her people and leads them towards their development. Therefore, is it not time to see the African differently today and take the example of the author's model ? Is it still necessary to confine women to their traditional roles ? Shouldn't it further integrate the decision-making bodies like the Great Royal ? The objective of this communication is to challenge African political leaders in their way of perceiving women and to continue despite all the fighting to relegate them to the background. Specifically, it will be a question of seeing the socio-political context of pre and post-colonial Senegal on one side and on the other, the character of the Great Royal.
